Acceptable Use Policy

• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; or
• Upload or input personal information about a third party (such as your own clients) that you do not have the right or necessary consent to use in this way.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by any team members or other individuals you authorize to access the Services. You agree to take reasonable steps to ensure that authorized users comply with this Policy, and to notify us promptly if you become aware of a violation or suspected violation.

We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and take any action we consider appropriate, consistent with the Terms of Service, including issuing a warning, removing content, suspending or restricting access, or terminating an account, up to and including for a single serious violation. We may also report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above, and where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
