Privacy Policy

We collect information in three general ways:

• Information you provide directly: such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, and billing address when you register for an account; content you upload or enter into the Services, including client names and contact details, project specifications, pricing, photos, and documents you use to build estimates; and information you provide when contacting our support team.
• Information collected automatically: such as log data, device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and features used, collected through cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Notice.
• Information from third parties: such as data received from optional integrations you choose to connect (for example, accounting or CRM tools), or from a reseller or partner who referred your account, where applicable.

Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
• Process payments and manage your subscription;
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• Send you service-related communications, and, where you have agreed, marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time);
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve performance and develop new features;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity and maintain the security of the Services; and
• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information as follows:

• Service providers: vendors who perform services on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations, such as Vercel Inc. (website and application hosting) and Stripe, Inc. (payment processing).
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality arrangements.
• Legal requirements: where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Holy Estimate, our users, or others.
• With your direction: for example, if you invite team members to your account or connect a third-party integration, information may be shared as necessary to enable that functionality.

We retain account and project information for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to support account recovery, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We will delete or anonymize personal information when it is no longer needed for these purposes, or upon a valid deletion request as described in Section 7.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access, update, or correct much of your account information directly within your Holy Estimate account settings. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those messages; you may still receive transactional or service-related messages related to your account.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information.

U.S. state privacy laws:residents of certain states may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request access or a copy, to request correction or deletion, and to opt out of certain uses (such as targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, as those terms are defined under applicable law), without discrimination for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Holy Estimate is a business-to-business tool intended for construction and remodeling professionals. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Holy Estimate is operated from the United States for customers in the United States. Our Services are hosted on infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc., which may process and store data in the United States. We do not currently offer the Services to, or knowingly collect information from, individuals located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or allow you to connect third-party integrations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above, and where changes are material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy.
